Join the butchers of YBM for Sausage 101. Class will be held at Crystal Spring Grocery from 6-7PM on Friday March 27th.
This class includes a one-hour informational demo on the process of making sausage. Students will also have optional hands-on experience in stuffing, linking and sausage prep.
