Join the Yard Bull butchers for a whole hog breakdown on Friday February 20 from 6-7 PM (rescheduled from Friday, January 23). This will be held at Crystal Spring Grocery. Butcher Class - Sausage Making - March 27

Join the butchers of YBM for Sausage 101. Class will be held at Crystal Spring Grocery from 6-7PM on Friday March 27th.

This class includes a one-hour informational demo on the process of making sausage. Students will also have optional hands-on experience in stuffing, linking and sausage prep. Take home links will be available, and ticket includes light snacks and cold beverages. Class is limited to 16 participants so reserve your spot today.
